★ Terms Of Service ★

Submitting payment for a commission acknowledges that you have read and agreed to all of the following terms of service. Terms are subject to change without notice, but I will do my best to announce any significant changes.If you have any questions about these terms, please email me at [email protected] before payment.

1. I will not begin the commission until I receive payment in full and all reference images or text descriptions. If the cost of the commission is exceptionally large, I will consider partial payments based on circumstance.2. I DO NOT accept payment via Paypal. I prefer to use Venmo, Cashapp, G-pay, Revolut, or Zelle. My currency is USD.3. I will assume that when payment is sent, I have all references required. Feel free to make notes and callouts in the examples you provide me as to what and what is not accurate about the depiction. Please do not send text descriptions that are more than 2 paragraphs long. Be as concise as possible. I am not responsible for altering things in a commission due to the client's failure to provide accurate references before payment. I do not do "real-time" character design, where you make decisions as I go along, even if the commission is being streamed. Please note that there is an extra fee for traditional (non-digital) and written reference sheets as they are harder to color drop and get exact details.4. If a commission request is sent but payment is not received within 3 days, the slot will be forfeited. If you have unusual circumstances, please let me know so I can give you more time.5. I will NOT go back and drastically change the concept for your commission or refund your slot. Be sure about what you want and if you can afford a commission beforehand. If you change the concept for your commission more than twice there will be a service charge invoiced to you. There are no refunds for completed work.6. I reserve the right to terminate OR refuse a commission at any time or for any reason I see fit. If I am the one to cancel a commission, due to health issues, tragedies, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will refund the remaining balance. If I have cancelled the commission due to what I deem as less than professional behavior from the client (this includes any social media presence), they may not receive any usage rights to the image whatsoever. If I refuse to work with a client all together, that is my right as an artist. I will not work for or with racists, homophobes, transphobes, or any hate groups & affiliates.7. I require written permission from all parties before I begin work. I cannot portray somebody else's character without their consent, especially in sexual situations. Exceptions will only be made if it is obvious that this is an anniversary gift or something similar where the participants are in a relationship, close friendship, etc.8. When commissioning a group image, it is the responsibility of the purchaser or person who initially contacted me to handle all communication between other parties. You will be responsible for sending them works in progress and forwarding their feedback to me. I will only accept payment in full from one person. I am not responsible for miscommunications between other parties.9. I retain ALL rights, commercial, distribution, and otherwise, to the image that I produce. This includes but is not limited to: posting it online, selling prints, using it in a portfolio. If the piece is traditional media and has not been sent to the client, I reserve the right to sell the original. I will never dishonor a client's personal character in my redistribution.10. Client may use the commission image for personal use ONLY. Personal use excludes any commercial purposes. No profit is to be made off of the image I produce. If posted online, it is required that I be listed as the creator with a link back to my website. Alterations to the image are not allowed without my written consent. If my uses rights are not to your satisfaction, my pricing for giving up the rights starts at $250. In the case of custom character designs or adoptables created by me, you CANNOT resell them under any circumstances without my written consent.11. Do not ask me to alter my style. I expect that my clients have chosen to commission me because they enjoy my art for what it is. I will not alter how I draw noses, eyes, etc. If you are seeking someone to mimic another's style, I am not the artist for you. It is up to you to decide if how I draw suits your subjects.12. I will not trace or directly copy images and ideas given as reference. Pose references, background references, etc. may be given, but I cannot duplicate them exactly. Changes will be made according to my artistic vision. The only descriptions and images I will copy exactly are specific character designs that I have permission to do so.13. I will not handle the depiction of the following subjects in adult scenarios: minors, feral non-sentient creatures, and non-consent. Sentient quadrupeds are up to my discretion, and it must be obvious they are able to make informed judgments. I will not depict non consensual sex scenes. Consensual non-consent/meta-consent is fine (google it). I will depict all gender expressions, bodies, and relationship configurations, including transgender, nonbinary bodies, and anything under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. However, I will not depict characters labeled as fantasy "porn" sexes, such as: shmales, dckgirls or c*ntboys. I ask that no client uses these kinds of terms in relation to what I draw. Because these terms and representations are considered by many to be offensive, slurs, and overall extremely harmful.14. I will not modify existing artwork without the artist's written permission. This includes things like inking over sketches or coloring lineart I did not create. I require written permission to do this.
